Staci Strauss and Craig McCord are the people behind all this food stuff. They both come from working in the business of advertising and television commercial production. Traveling to different locations for shoots, they began to search out farmers markets and small food producers. With their curiosity piqued about where good food comes from, they began to interview and photograph the folks who were responsible for the good stuff they were buying. The results are the sites you see under the brand new shoes banner. They continue to be active in the Slow Food movement and to support their local producers.
